Classes via our members hub:

The Lift Lean Lifestyle programme will run throughout the year currently as a 21 day plan. We’ve a 5 day body boost called LIFT LEAN LITE too. Please enquire for more details and watch this space. THE LIBRARY is our monthly online membership (cancel anytime). For just £25 a month you get 3 x 25 minute live workouts on Zoom a week at 6.30am Monday, Wednesday & Friday plus 100’s of workouts from our archive to do anytime.


Damson Hill Cottage Clubs & retreats:

No dates planned, but if you’d like to book your own with a bunch of friends, just get in touch and we’ll come up with a plan.

THE PILATES BRUNCH CLUB :
Approx 2hr event, for private bookings 10 - 12ish on Saturdays or Sundays of up to 8 people on a date that suits you. Please enquire.

BARRE & TONIC:
An energising pilates, functional training and (slightly) ballet based workout, followed with a reviving G&T. 6/ 7pm - 8.30pm (ish). A great way to get together with friends, book your private one for up to 6 people.

RESTORE & REVIVE:
A woodland retreat that nourishes the mind & body.A pretty full on fitness day with plenty of food! Or a tailored retreat to suit you. Anything goes!
