Lift Lean Lifestyle & Lift Lean Lite at Damson Hill.

In addition to classes, we run some FANTASTIC wellness programmes at Damson Hill Cottage. ‘Lift Lean Lifestyle’ is a 21 day plan offering workouts throughout the week, plus a wealth of recipe ideas that can help you improve your nutritional intake so you’re feeling healthier inside and out. ‘Lift Lean Lite’ is an intense programme - not a permanent health approach, but a 5 day boost to kickstart a healthier approach. Both programmes include ongoing support and motivation from Tors via the members blog live Zoom and WhatsApp - as well as your ‘Lift Lean’ and ‘Lift Lean Lite’ Handbooks which accompany the programmes. There are also accompanying meal planners and recipe books to download in each case.

The next Lift Lean Lifestyle 21 day programme will begin in January 2025 (exact date tbc). Get in touch with Tors for more info or to reserve your space, or just click the button below to book. You will need one or two sets of dumbbells that challenge you plus an elasticated looped band (from Amazon, they come in sets of 3, light, medium, and heavy). You DO NOT need to block out the diary for this, I promise! It’s totally planned to work for everyday. All your info will be sent out by Wednesday 13th September.

What’s included in the new 21 day programme...

A Handbook plus a welcome video from Tors, explaining what to expect and what you’ll need to do, so you’re fully prepared and raring to go!

• Shopping List & Cook Books - Quick & easy breakfast, lunch & supper recipe ideas.

• Daily motivation & support from Tors via the private WhatsApp group. This is probably the most beneficial aspect of the programme!

• An Q&A with our resident Nutritionist, Hannah Pateman, during the last week to answer any of your questions. This will also be recorded.

• 2 x 25 minute pre-recorded dumbbell/banded workouts per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays). Available to view from the Members Hub (at a time to suit you) at www.damsonhillcottage.com (so keep a note of your login details!)


• 3 x LIVE Zoom 25 minute workouts at 6.30am on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (also available to view later if that’s more convenient).

• Articles, health info & recipes shared on the WhatsApp group daily

Our NEW, intensive health & wellness plan gives you a quick reboot when you need it most! What’s included in the 5 day programme...

A Welcome video from Tors, explaining what to expect and what you’ll need to do, (sent out the week before) so you’re fully prepared and raring to go on the Monday.

•A Lift Lean Lite Handbook with your 5 day (quick & simple) menu plan, suggested shopping list, your 5 day guide and extra recipes (also sent out the week before).

• 3 x 25min live dumbbell/banded workouts every morning at 6.30am on Zoom Monday, Wednesday and Friday. These will be recorded and uploaded onto The Members Hub on www.damsonhillcottage.com (remember your login details) later the same day. If you live locally you could come to the in studio Strength Circuit class at 6.15am! Pre-recorded workouts on Tuesday and Thursday.

• Daily motivation and support from Tors via the private WhatsApp group (& fun with the rest of the group too!)

• A pre recorded video by Hannah Pateman, our resident LLL Nutritionist, sharing her top tips on how to stay healthy through the summer.

• Every day you will do a 5 minute plank challenge as well! 10 different planks for 30s each for 5 days.
