In The Beginners Pilates Circuit you will be using the Reformer, Stability Chair, Springwall, and Mat along with arc barrels, bands, rollers, and weights, clients will learn how to use each piece of equipment in a progressive plan over the 6 weeks. Matwork Pilates experience is ideal; without it, a preliminary one-on-one session may be necessary before starting the class. As soon as you have completed the The Beginner’s Pilates Circuit (6 week foundation series) Tuesdays 12noon to 1pm, you are then eligible to join THE PILATES CIRCUIT on Thursdays 12 noon - 1pm.
The Pilates Circuit, is a drop in class, again for just 3 people, for all graduates and anyone else with Pilates equipment experience. A perfect lunchtime slot from 12 noon to 1pm, Stay for a picnic lunch (or use the studio kitchen), and sit and have a moment with a coffee under the trees…..
Tuesdays 12 Noon - 1pm | 6 week Series
The class aims to provide an intensive learning and exercise experience, accommodating a small group for personalised attention, a getting to know the equipment type class - using the reformer, stability chair and springwall. For 3 people.

thursdays 12 noon - 1pm
A drop in semi private equipment Pilates class, using the Reformer, Springwall and Stability Chair, for those that have equipment experience or have completed The Beginner’s Pilates Circuit. For 3 people.
Starting with a demo of the exercises by Tors, often followed by a mat warm up using kit like the foam roller, arc barrel, small ball etc before embarking on the equipment Pilates circuit. Different exercises each week, repeating, reinforcing exercises but also introducing new ones to build on each client’s experience and repertoire.
