Our PILATES sessions provide a low-impact, full body workout for all ages and abilities. The focus is on balance & posture, to build strength and flexibility. With a myriad of benefits for health and wellness, Pilates can increase muscular endurance, improve posture, boost core strength and reduce stress levels. Victoria, who runs the classes, is a fully qualified Stott Pilates Instructor with 15 years teaching experience. Her passion for Pilates as a route to restoring health, maintaining general fitness, and as part of all-round healthy, balanced lifestyle is thoroughly infectious. All newcomers to Pilates are invited for a 1:1 with Victoria before joining a group class.

HIPP with TRX
Expect to sweat in this high intensity Pilates class. Using weights and suspension training, the class will intensify with a series of squats, lunges and planks but still use precise movement and good controlled form. Followed by 20 minutes of the TRX suspension trainer. This is a great way to tone up, build strength and get your heart going.

PILATES 1:1
Personal Pilates sessions are available in our studio too. An ideal opportunity for a tailor made workout and 1:1 advice on positioning, posture and how to incorporate Pilates into your life and routine, these sessions can be one offs, intermittent or as regular as you like. These tailored sessions can be extremely useful for restorative health following illness or for aiding recuperation from accidents or injuries too. Once booked there is a 24 hour cancellation notice, thank you.

REFORMER PILATES 1:1
Victoria now offers 1:1 classes on her miraculous ‘Reformer’ apparatus – a system of springs and ropes which adds tension and resistance to classical Pilates exercises, consistently training the whole body and increasing fitness levels. Reformer Pilates using this specially developed equipment can also be brilliant for people with injuries or limited movement as it provides many different support options. Once booked there is a 24 hour cancellation notice, thank you.

The Pilates BRUNCH CLUB
Our popular 2.5 hour workshop sessions are back and can be booked up privately. They now follow the HIP PILATES class format of High Intensity Power Pilates., with a short foam roller and small ball class to earn you up first.
