I’m super excited to be taking you through this fabulous 21 days of fitness, healthier eating and positive thinking - goodness knows we need it!
Over the 21 days of our Lift Lean Lifestyle, I’ll lead you through the ‘Lift Lean Lifestyle’ programme. It’s a route to wellbeing, combining fitness, nutrition, good habits and motivation and the aim is to set you up to be able to continue using all the tips and learnings ongoing and is particularly geared towards peri-menopausal, menopausal and post-menopausal women.
Throughout the programme, you’ll have access to this ‘Lift Lean’ section of the website, and once the 21 days begin, you’ll be able to access the Lift Lean videos and chat via the private whatsapp group and receive lots more recipes and info too. I’m always looking to improve things so do let me know what you think as we go through. If you have any questions at all, or issues accessing any of the tools and videos, just give me a call on 07779 600523 and I’ll resolve it asap.
The most important things you’ll need in advance of the programme start date are below. The Lift Lean Lifestyle Handbook, The Cookbook and Shopping list (available during the week before the programme starts) which you can download and browse online below (or print out if you like).
The Workout videos will be uploaded to the ‘Videos’ page throughout the week and there will be live Zoom workouts for you to do with me on the following times: MONDAYS 6.30AM PILATES | WEDNESDAYS 6.30AM HIIT WITH DUMBBELLS | FRIDAYS 6.30AM HIPP (high intensity power pilates) with lighter dumbbells (1kg).
I advise having two sets of dumbbells, you will use these afterwards as well, for upper and lower body. It’s hard to say what size suits you but if you are a bit rusty with weights then maybe 3kg for arms and 5/6kg for legs and go up if you think you need more. Also a cotton/elasticated looped resistance band from Amazon, they come in packs of three, light, medium and heavy, lots of brands, lots of choice!

Your Essential Handbook
Your Handbook is the essential guide to the Lift Lean Lifestyle programme. It clarifies exactly what it’s all about, what you can hope to achieve and how, and what you’ll need to take part. There are some clear plans about how to make the best of the programme by being organised and prepared (I’ve been taking notes too!). Hopefully once you’ve had a good browse you’ll be feeling excited and positive about the programme. Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
Your Inspirational Cookbooks
Available to download the week before your programme starts, our Lift Lean Lifestyle Cookbook is packed with plenty of delicious, nutritious, simple to prepare recipes. You can use it to create your menus for the next 21 days, but it’s also an excellent reference for using ongoing. Many of the recipes are Damson Hill Cottage favourites and there’s a section for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the recipes use plenty of nutrient rich ingredients and lots of vegetables, but they’re all things you should be able to easily access from the shops. Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
